Language Garden Montessori is hiring a full-time Lead Montessori Teacher to join our warm, multicultural, bilingual learning community in Bellevue. This role is ideal for an experienced Montessori educator—or a passionate preschool teacher eager to train in Montessori pedagogy and grow in a supportive, child-centered environment.
As a Lead Teacher, you’ll guide children through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences rooted in Montessori principles. You’ll collaborate with assistants, engage families, and help shape a calm, joyful classroom where every child is seen, respected, and inspired to learn.
We welcome candidates who are Montessori-certified (AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited) and those who are willing to pursue certification with our support. Experience in multilingual or multicultural settings is a plus.
Key Details:
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours/week
- Pay Range: $22.00–$30.00/hour DOE
